Registration

Below is the registration for the training.

Please fill in the registration completly and click on the SUBMIT button on the bottom.
You will then be taken to a payment page where you can pay online, or get the address where to mail your payment.

Your registration is NOT COMPLETE until the payment is received as we will need to reserve your housing in advance. No refunds allowed 14 days before the training as the center will need to order food and reserve the rooms.
